The concept for this project was simple: start with the end user in mind. Instead of designing a house to suit anyone, this home was designed a home for someone. Every decision for the project was filtered through the lens of what the future owners would want. From low maintenance landscaping to age in place features, to a warm, California inspired style- the question we asked ourselves over and over again was 'will they love this'?
We are happy to report, they do.
